SHIPPING

We ship worldwide with DHL Express.

The shopping cart will calculate automatically the shipping cost based on your country and total weight of your order.

We do not ship to PO Box , we ship to commercial and domestic addresses.

Deliveries take 5-15 business days and in rare cases 30+ business days depending on the country of the delivery and customs delays.

 

PROCESSING/HANDLING TIME

All orders are processed up to 7 days and shipped within 3-7 business days.

The orders are processed during weekdays from Monday to Friday.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

All international orders are subject to the import duties, fees and taxes of the destination country.

Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country's Customs Department or Agency for Inspection.

We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in anyway from these charges and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible.

We are not responsible for any duties, fees or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package.

Please note it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental  permission and/or documentation  for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees and taxes.
 

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once the items are ready to be shipped, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that your parcel has been dispatched. The e-mail includes a link to the shipping company website. From there on, you will be able to track the status of your order.
If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us! 

SHIPPING TIME
Orders usually take between 5-15 business days to be delivered from the date they are shipped depending on the country of the delivery and the customs delays.
Please note in some countries, customs may cause an additional delay in delivery.

POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
