Returns & Exchanges
Please read the content as follow. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased for some reason, we will be willing to return or change the products for you or get you a refund by PayPal.
The following items are not returnable:
-Any item that has been worn, used or altered.
-Items like Swimwear, Bodysuits, Lingerie & Hosiery.
-Any item that is specified as non-returnable on its product page.
-Any items that is specified as non-returnable on its product page.
If you attempt to return an item, which is not returnable, the item will be shipped back to you, and you will be charged the cost of shipping for sending back.
PROCEDURE OF GOODS RETURN
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Our customer service will respond you within 48 hours. Please inform us of your request of refund or return or exchange within 7 days after you receive the goods. I you want to exchange or return goods, please take a photo about the goods to us.
We must confirm the status of the goods. All goods (including all parts and attachments) must be returned to us via express delivery. You have to bear the cost for us to redeliver goods if you want an exchange. At any time, no commission charge is required for returns. Payment means for refund: PayPal. We are dedicated to making our customers satisfied, and we encourage you to contact us if the product you have purchased does not meet your demands.
REFUND (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by PayPal within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALES ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGE (if applicable)
Customers can contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately by email at email@example.com.
If you received the wrong size or the wrong product or a defective or damaged item please send us photo of the item/s by email.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You can cancel your purchase within 48 hours, if your order has yet not been proceed.
Please e-mail us immediately, we will happily assist you.
All valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit.
Final Sale items cannot be returned for store credit.
All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
All items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned for store credit.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
LuxeFusion is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
